Tutors get hooked on 'Rime Magic'

Literacy Plus invited Sharon Zinke, author of "The Decoding Solution", to hold a workshop for our tutors, as well as tutors from other Adult Literacy programs. It was a great success, as Sharon truly shared her enthusiasm and vision to eradicate illiteracy through a brand-new twist on phonics.

Based on onset-rime, students will start to see words in chunks and that's where the magic happens! All participants will be provided with a book and the Rime Magic Kit will be available to use in the Literacy Plus office.
