What is an English Conversation Circle?

The English Conversation Circles are a component of the Literacy Plus program.  The circles provide speaking opportunities to adults whose native language is not English.  The goal is to ensure learners strengthen their conversational skills and build self-esteem.  The circles are held at several locations in Hayward and are free of charge.
